I’ve tried a lot of different knee sleeves since I hurt my knee playing tennis 3 years back.
Let me tell you they are not all the same, some are pretty good while others actually do more harm than good.
You see one of the most important things when it comes to knee pain or injuries is to keep active. Our body need stimulation to heal and regrow the tissue. But since it tends to be very painful we might feel deterred. So a good knee sleeve should assist and take the load off our knee while allowing the knee to work and stay active. First Impression
It all started out very good, I got the package in just 2 days and it was delivered right to my door. A good start I thought.

I’m sorry if I seem skeptical but you must understand I have tried so many knee sleeves and there are so many bad products out there, and the material is usually one of the problems.
The material needs to be flexible and comfortable on your skin while still being light and breathable. If it isn’t, you’re gonna get abrasions and potentially a fungus infection if the knee brace gets too damp and sweaty after wearing it for a while.

My Test Results
Excited by the high quality material, I was eager to try it on.
I put the KneeHero on and it guided itself to the right spot as it has an integrated shape that matches the knee. I was a little worried that the fit would be too loose at first because the material was very stretchy. But then I was surprised to see that once it got aligned on my knee it felt as if it merged with my skin.
I could feel immediate relief on all the pain points in my knee. It felt incredible.
I walked around the room to get a feel for how it behaved and was blown away after the first step!
Two things were shockingly clear to me; the KneeHero absolutely boosted my movement.
As if there were springs helping to power my knee. The second thing I realized was how extremely comfortable it was.
Knee sleeves tend to crease and get pleated in the hollow of the knee as you bend it.
But the KneeHero was flat along my skin through the entire walk cycle.
The only other knee sleeves that manage that are super tight and made out of seal-rubber-like materials that definitely doesn’t allow your skin to breathe or properly allow blood to flow. But with the KneeHero I didn’t feel the least claustrophobic and after I had been wearing it for a good 30 minutes my skin wasn’t the least moist or sweaty underneath the sleeve.
Stress Test
I can usually jog for 2 minutes before my knee starts to hurt.
But while wearing KneeHero I just went on and on and on! I actually ran for 40 minutes, something I haven’t done since before my injury!
When I got home I started reading more about the KneeHero and found out that the reason it is so helpful is because it both stabilizes the knee as well as helps you move and takes some of the load off of it. This means your body never has to send pain signals to warn you about the activity since the KneeHero is taking a big part of the burden, while still letting the knee get some exercise and blood circulation going.
Running like this is such a fantastic feeling! I’ve almost forgotten about how the runners high feels. And it’s amazing!
When I took off the KneeHero I was prepared to see a nasty looking patch of skin as the sweat and pressure from the material of the KneeHero had been pressed against my skin for so long. but no, it looked just fine! This is the result of high quality medical material.
Everyday use
Another cool thing I didn’t realize at first was that the KneeHero has 7 pressure points that helps stimulate your knee which in turn brings strength into your step and posture.
Since I never got sore I decided to wear it for as long as I could to stress test it.
No one at work noticed that I was wearing it as it fit perfectly under my pants.

I am definitely going to keep this so that I can finally be free from the burden of knee pain that’s been haunting me for 3 years.
